Keep rose water in refrigerator always; whenever needed just dab cotton balls in it and place them over the eyes. Let the rose water trickle down your eyelids. Stay away from fried, grilled and smoked foods; avoid alcohol, refined oils, refined salt, chlorinated water, chocolates, corn, syrup and sugar as much as possible. Do not rub or touch eyes with fingers whenever there is any foreign particle in these.
