Ingredients

  1. Kiwis = 2 peeled and diced

  2. Strawberries = 15 diced

  3. Apricots = 3 peeled and diced

  4. Pineapple = 1 peeled and diced

  5. Apples = 2 peeled and diced

  6. Mangoes = 3 peeled and diced

  7. Raspberries = 8 ounces (other berries can also be used)

  8. White sugar = 2 tablespoons

  9. Brown sugar = 1 tablespoon

  10. Food preserves = 3 tablespoon (any flavor)

  11. Tortilla flour or cinnamon chips

  12. Lime juice = 1

  13. Jalapeno = half

  14. Salt = a pinch only

  15. Butter

Cinnamon sugar

  1. White sugar = 1 cup

  2. Cinnamon = 2 tablespoons

Directions


  1. Take a bowl and add all the freshly cut kiwis, strawberries, apricots, mangoes, pineapple, apples, and raspberries in it.

  2. Take another bowl add jalapenos and lime juice and mix them well now add a pinch of salt mix it well again.

  3. Add this solution in the diced fruits and mix them well.

  4. Now add white sugar, food preservative and brown sugar.

  5. Keep them all in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  7. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

  8. Now take tortilla flour and cover its each side with the melted butter.

  9. After covering sprinkle cinnamon sugar upon them depending upon your own taste.

  10. Cut them in wedge shape.

  11. Prepare the baking sheet and add these wedged shaped tortilla flour on it.

  12. Now bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.

  13. After baking allow it to get cooled.

  14. Spread them on the chilled, sweet and spicy fruits.

  15. Your fruit salsa with cinnamon crisps are ready to eat and enjoy.
