Preparation time: 1 hour

Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes

  1. Ranch dressing = half cup

  2. Cucumber = half cup (peeled and diced)

  3. Horseradish = 1 tablespoon

  4. Milk = 1 tablespoon

  5. White vinegar = 1 teaspoon

  6. Cayenne pepper = a pinch

  7. Kosher salt

For beans

  1. Chicken broth = 2 cups

  2. Green beans = half pounds

  3. Egg = 1

  4. Milk = half cup

  5. Instant flour = 1 cup

  6. Bread crumbs = 1 cup

  7. Onion powder = one-fourth teaspoon

  8. Cayenne pepper = a pinch

  9. Kosher salt

  10. Oil for deep frying.


  1. We will start by preparing the dipping sauce. Take a bowl and add cucumber, horseradish, vinegar, milk, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix all these ingredients well and set it in the refrigerator till the serving time.

  2. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.

  3. Cook the beans for about 5 to 10 minutes till they become smooth over medium heat. After cooking set the beans aside to cool down.

  4. Take another bowl and add eggs, beat them nicely.

  5. Take another bowl and add half cup flour. In another bowl add the remaining flour, cayenne pepper, onion powder, bread crumbs and salt. Mix them all.

  6. Prepare a baking sheet and spray it with cooking spray.

  7. Now dip the beans in the flour mixture and then dip the beans in the egg mixture. Lay them on the baking sheet and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  8. After the color becomes brown your delicious and yummy baked green bean fries are ready to serve and enjoy.
