Preparation and Cooking Time

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 1 hour 20 minutes (approx.)
- Chocolate crumbs = one and half cup
- White sugar = one-fourth cup
- Butter = one-third cup melted.
- Cream cheese = 1 pack
- Heavy cream = one and half cup
- Lemon juice = half tablespoon
- Sugar = one-fourth cup
- Fudge sauce = half cup (can be homemade)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder = 1 tablespoon
- Butter = 1 cup
- Brown sugar = 2 cups
- Corn syrup = 1 cup
- Sweetened condensed milk = 1 can
- Whipping cream = 3 tablespoon
- Vanilla = 1 teaspoon
- Salt = one-fourth teaspoon
- First of all we will prepare the caramel sauce. Take a pan and add butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, whipping cream and unsweetened condensed milk and place it on a medium heat.
- Let it boil till it form a lightly thick paste now remove from the heat add salt and vanilla, mix it well and set it aside to cool down.
- Now we will prepare the crust by taking another bowl and adding chocolate crumbs, white sugar and melted butter. Mix them all well. Take pan grease and spread this mixture in it and set it to refrigerate from 10 to 15 minutes.
- After this we will prepare the cheesecake. Add cream cheese and lemon juice and mix them well so that it becomes a soft paste.
- Now beat the heavy cream until it becomes fluffy and stiff. Add sugar and beat again.
- Now divide this mixture in two parts. In first half add the fudge sauce one tablespoon cocoa powder, mix this mixture well and set it aside.
- Take the chilled crust and spread the remaining divided mixture in which there was nothing added, over the chilled crust. Now add the caramel filling over it and set it to refrigerate for about 15 to 20 minutes. Top up this with the fudge sauce it can be homemade now set this cake to refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Your delicious, fluffy and cheesy cake is ready to serve.
This delicious recipe can serve from 6 to 8 persons.
