Ingredients

  1. Hot dogs = 1 pack

  2. All-purpose flour = half cup

  3. Salt = one-fourth teaspoon

  4. Sugar = 2 tablespoons

  5. Baking powder = 2 teaspoons

  6. Egg = 1 lightly beaten

  7. Milk = half cup

  8. Oil for deep frying

  9. Cayenne pepper = half teaspoon (optional)

  10. Wooden sticks = 1 pack

Directions


  1. Start by heating the oil at 350 degrees.

  2. Open the hot dogs pack and take one at a time cut them in pieces.

  3. Take the wooden sticks from the pack and insert one in one piece of hot dog.

  4. Take a bowl and add salt, all-purpose flour, sugar and baking powder in it. Mix them well.

  5. Take another bowl and add milk and eggs mix them well.

  6. Now add the milk mixture in the mixture of dry ingredients that you had prepared.

  7. Dry the hot dogs on sticks with a paper towel.

  8. Dip each hot dog in the mixture that you had prepared.

  9. Now fry the dipped pieces of hot dogs in hot oil.

  10. When the color becomes brown, take them out and drain them well.
