Preparation and Cooking Time
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 1 hour (approx.)
Tortilla flour = 6 large packs
Oil for deep frying
Graham crumbs (optional according to your taste)
For cheesecake filling
Cream cheese = 1 pack or 8 oz.
Heavy cream = 1 pack
Lemon juice = 1 teaspoon
Powdered white sugar = one-fourth cup
Vanilla = 1 teaspoon
First of all, we will prepare the shells then we will cut the tortilla in a round shape.
Now heat one and a half cup of oil for deep frying, after the oil starts boiling add the tortilla pieces one by one in the oil and fry them till the color becomes light brown and it becomes crispy.
Flip them while frying so that they become brown in color from both sides.
Take them out of the oil and set them aside to get them cool down.
Now we will prepare the cheese mixture, take a bowl and add cream and lemon juice mix them with a mixer till it becomes soft then add sugar in this mixture and beat it again till it becomes soft and fluffy.
Now add this mixture in a zip lock bag or cream decorator and place it on a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
For the final preparation, take the refrigerated cream out and fill the tacos with that cream.
Fold them upside down.
