Preparation and Cooking Time

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 2 hours

Total time: 2 hours 20 minutes


Loaf baguette-style French bread = 1 loaf (16 ounces)
Half Package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese = 1 cup (8 ounces)
Butter = half-cup (softened)
Bacon pieces = one-third cup (cooked)
Medium green onions = 2 (rinsed)
Medium green onions = one-fourth cup (sliced)
Yellow mustard = 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice = 1 tablespoon
Garlic = half tablespoon (minced)


Take the start with preheating the oven at 350 degrees.

Prepare an aluminum foil and spray it with the cooking spray.

Cut the bread into slices, the slices must be thin. Be sure not to cut the slices all the way to the bottom.

Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients i.e. onions, garlic, lemon juice, mustard and mix them well.

Stuff the cheese mixture that you had prepared in the slices of the bread that you had cut in a small amount so that it doesn’t overflow.

Now fold the bread into the aluminum foil nicely.

Bake it in the oven (already pre-heated at 350 degrees) for 10 to 15 minutes till the color becomes brown and properly cooked.

Your beautiful and tasty loaded cheddar bacon loaf is ready to be served and enjoyed.
