Just relax in bright Sun with closed eyes and facing in direction of sunlight, stay for 1 minute in this position and turn your head in the opposite direction, open your eyes and repeat again after a minute.
Perform this few times. While working sit in a relaxed position and rub your palms vigorously, close your eyes and cover them with palms, perform this few times and repeat few times in a day.

This exercise too is one of the effective eye exercises to improve vision naturally. Sit in a relaxed position preferably on a chair and stretch your arms forward at the level of your shoulders.
Close the fists and put thumb upwards. Now look at left thumb without moving your head, between thumbs and right thumb, look again between thumbs and left thumb.
Repeat this entire process 20-25 times in one session and close your eyes and relax. To make these exercises even better, inhale while looking between thumbs and exhale while looking at the thumb.

Sit with your legs stretched out and left palm over the left knee. Close the fist of the right palm and point thumb upwards.
Place right fist over the right knee and keep your head straight but eyes looking at the tip of the right thumb. Move your right hand in a circle and follow the tip of the thumb with eyes without moving your head.
Perform 5 times moving hand in the clockwise direction and 5 times in anti-clockwise. When you are forming the upper arc of the circle inhale and exhale while forming a lower arc of the circle.
Sit in a cross-legged position and stretch your hand forward with fist closed and thumb pointing upwards. Keep hand at the level of your eyes.
Look at the tip of the thumb and bend your hand and bring your thumb closer towards the tip of your nose slowly. Touch the tip of your nose and hold your hand over there while gazing at the tip of the thumb.
Slowly stretch your hand and move it back to the original position. Keep watching the tip of thumb without moving your head and perform this process at least 5 times in one session, perform at least two sessions in a day regularly.
