  1. Oil = 1 quarter (for deep frying)

  2. Cream cheese = 2 packages (8 ounces)

  3. Imitation crab meat = 1 package (12 ounces)

  4. Soy sauce = 2 tablespoon

  5. Sesame oil = 1 tablespoon

  6. Garlic =1 tablespoon minced

  7. Worcestershire sauce = 3 tablespoon

  8. Green onions = 1 bunch finely chopped

  9. Wontons wrappers = 1 package (14 ounces)

  10. Egg whites = 2


  1. At the beginning heat the oil in a saucepan to about 190 degrees.

  2. In a bowl mix the ingredients imitation crab meat, soya sauce, sesame oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green, egg whites.

  3. Now place the cream cheese mixture in the wonton wrapper.

  4. Place the egg whites in a bowl.

  5. With the help of your fingers spread egg whites on the two edges of the wonton wrappers.

  6. Fold the wrapper in the triangles and press to seal the edges.

  7. Now place the wontons wrapper in the saucepan being heated.

  8. Fry the wontons until they become golden brown in color this will take about 3 to 4 minutes.

  9. Drain on a dry paper.

  10. Place them on your serving dish and your tasty crab Rangoon’s are ready to serve.
