- Oil = 1 quarter (for deep frying)
- Cream cheese = 2 packages (8 ounces)
- Imitation crab meat = 1 package (12 ounces)
- Soy sauce = 2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil = 1 tablespoon
- Garlic =1 tablespoon minced
- Worcestershire sauce = 3 tablespoon
- Green onions = 1 bunch finely chopped
- Wontons wrappers = 1 package (14 ounces)
- Egg whites = 2
- At the beginning heat the oil in a saucepan to about 190 degrees.
- In a bowl mix the ingredients imitation crab meat, soya sauce, sesame oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green, egg whites.
- Now place the cream cheese mixture in the wonton wrapper.
- Place the egg whites in a bowl.
- With the help of your fingers spread egg whites on the two edges of the wonton wrappers.
- Fold the wrapper in the triangles and press to seal the edges.
- Now place the wontons wrapper in the saucepan being heated.
- Fry the wontons until they become golden brown in color this will take about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain on a dry paper.
- Place them on your serving dish and your tasty crab Rangoon’s are ready to serve.
