You can massage with a mixture of warm mustard oil and camphor, take half cup of mustard oil and heat it a bit, add a teaspoon of grounded camphor and mix well. Apply this mixture over legs and gently massage from groin to feet. Later you can take a shower with warm water or you can wash legs with warm water. This will relieve nerves, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the leg and will also make blood flow smooth to prevent cramps and pain.

Garlic oil massages are also the best home remedies for leg cramps as these can regularize blood flow, relax muscles and relieve inflammations in muscles, ligaments and joints. You can purchase raw garlic oil from the market or can make on your own. Just add 10 garlic cloves with 50 ml of any vegetable oil. Boil the mixture till cloves turn dark brown or black in color, later let the mixture cool down and strain to discard garlic cloves. Add a teaspoon of papaya seeds to a cup of water, boil the mixture for few minutes and later let it cool down. When the mixture is bearably warm add a teaspoon of honey and drink. You can prepare a dish for your breakfast by mixing small pieces of two bananas with two teaspoons of honey and two teaspoons of peanut butter.
