Apply oil after warming it a bit and let it stay. Soak a towel in warm water and wring to flush excess water out. Wrap your head with damp hot towel and let it stay for 20 minutes. Cut two-three fruits of Indian gooseberry into small pieces. Grind these pieces to form a paste, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the paste and apply over scalp rubbing it in circular motions. Take mustard oil about 250 ml and heat it on a low flame. When oil is completely hot and starts to smoke, slowly add 60 grams of henna leaves to it and let the leaves boil till they turn black in color. Put off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down. Take handful of beetroot leaves and boil them in sufficient amount of water. When leaves are soft take them out and add these to equal amount of henna leaves and grind to form a paste. Obtain fresh coconut milk by skinning inner part of the coconut and adding the pulp to a glass of water in a pan. Mash the pieces and later collect the water and discard solid pieces.
