  1. Spaghetti noodles = 1 pack

  2. Soya sauce = one-fourth cup

  3. Vinegar = half cup

  4. Chili sauce = half cup

  5. Cold water = 2 tablespoon

  6. Cornstarch = 1 tablespoon

  7. Green pea = one-fourth cup (can be fresh or frozen)

  8. Carrot = 1 shredded

  9. Bok Choy = 2 stalks properly diced

  10. Cabbage = 1 thinly sliced

  11. Celery rib = 1 thinly sliced

  12. Garlic clove = 1 minced

  13. Onion = 1 chopped

  14. Sesame oil = 2 tablespoons

  15. Olive oil = 2 tablespoons

  16. Chicken boneless breasts = 2 sliced pieces (small pieces).


  1. We will start with boiling the noodles for about 4 to 5 minutes till they become soft after boiling set the boiled spaghettis aside to cool them down.

  2. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and sprinkle some salt over them.

  3. Take a pan and add some oil for frying the small pieces of chicken keep on frying till the chicken pieces become light brown in color and after frying for at least 15 minutes so they become brown in color and properly cooked.

  4. Take another pan add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, sesame oil, celery, garlic, cabbage, green pea and carrots. Fry them over low heat till they become soft and properly cooked.

  5. Now dissolve the cornstarch in cold water and then add this cornstarch liquid in remaining broth.

  6. Now add boiled noodles, vegetables and cornstarch liquid, heat them over low heat till they become brown in color this will take about 15 minutes.

  7. Yummy and delicious chicken lo Mein is ready to serve and enjoy.
