Ingredients

1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Half teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Half teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 teaspoons dried parsley
One and a half cup dry buttermilk powder
Half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a blender and process it at medium speed. Let it stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Store this mix in an airtight jar or plastic zip-lock bag. This can be stored for a maximum of 3 months.

For salad dressing, take two to three spoons of the mix and mix with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 cup of milk. This can be refrigerated for 3 days.

For sour veggies dip, mix 3 tablespoons of the mix with two cups of sour cream.

The dressing mix can be used in many other recipes to spice up the dish and add rich, aromatic flavor because of the unique combination of spices used in this dressing mix.
