Reverse Crunches

Reverse Crunches are one of the effective exercises to reduce belly fat. This exercise is very powerful in getting rid of the excess fat accumulated around the belly.

Lie on your back on a mat. Keep both the hands on either side of your body. Now take a deep breath and lift your feet in such a way that your thighs are perpendicular to the ground.

Now bend the knee so that it is perpendicular to your stomach. Now slowly exhale and release the feat to its original position. Repeat the same step 10 times.

You can do several sets as you wish on a regular basis. This exercise is good for the overall shape of your belly.

Twist Crunches

Twist crunches are one of the effective exercises to reduce belly fat. This is a lot like crunch exercises that we have just seen. However, here you will have to rotate your shoulder in the direction of another shoulder.

Lie down on a mat with your hands behind your head. Bend your knees without feet touching the ground. Now move the right shoulder and torso towards the left thigh.

A similar way, move the left shoulder and torso towards the right thigh. While doing this, inhale and exhale slowly as explained in the previous example.

Do it 10 times in a row. Thereafter you can repeat several sets as your wish. This exercise is very effective for getting rid of excess belly fat.

Vertical Leg Crunch

Vertical leg crunch is one of the effective exercises to reduce belly fat. Lie down on your back on a mat. Cross one knee over the other and extend both legs towards the ceiling.

Now, all that you need to do is to follow what we did in the crunch exercises. Inhale when you lift the feat and exhale when you release it.

You should do both in a slow manner for maximum effect. Repeat this 15 times in a row. You can do several sets later if you wish.
