You can add some sugar to honey and mix, apply this paste and after 10 minutes gently scrub to remove the loose skin and dead skin at corner of lips. Take some rose petals and wash them thoroughly, soak these in milk for an hour and later grind to form a paste. Apply this paste 2 to 3 times during the day and before going to bed regularly to cure the problem. You can also try fresh milk for chapped lips, just apply plain fresh milk over lips and let it stay for 10 minutes, wash off after that and repeat at least two times in a day to sooth dryness over lips. Add one teaspoon each of castor oil and glycerin, also add few drops of lemon juice and keep this mixture.
